They have the worst customer service ever, they have used swearing towards me and didn't treat me like a customer.. I asked a few argumentative questions that were totally in my rights and they were completely rude and unprofessional.... I would never ever go there if I were you.

Horrible customer service. Took a watch in to have the hands aligned. The pulled the hands with a hook and ruined the movement. Now they are trying to charge me 70.00 to fix something they messed up. WRONG. It worked fine when I took it in and it never worked when I picked it up. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR WATCHES. And sizing rings are WAY too expensive there. I’d drive to Dallas Texas to get 5 dollar watch fixed before I’d EVER take them anything else!! (and I live 3 min from the store)
